Corby Sports Dimensions Limited is registered with Ofsted; our registration number is EY452857. We provide care for children in school Year 1 – Year 8, primarily serving the children of Corby and surrounding areas. 


When an enquiry regarding places is made, parents or carers will be given all the relevant Club information, including:

  • Information regarding availability of places
  • Details of the Admissions and Fees policy
  • Registration form, medical form, parent contract, booking form, photo permission form
  • Behaviour Management policy
  • Complaints policy

The child will be able to attend CSD Activity Camps Limited as soon as the completed forms are received.

If no places are available, the parent will be informed and the child’s name added to the waiting list. As soon as suitable places become available parents will be informed.

Booking procedure

Bookings will not be secured without full payment prior to the day of attendance.

Parents must complete the necessary paperwork, i.e. booking form, registration, medical, booking and photo permission forms, before their children can attend CSD Activity Camps Limited.


  • Once booked, if a child does not attend for any reason, you will still be charged for this place. If you wish to cancel the place altogether, 48 hour notice by email or text is required (

Fee structure

Fees are charged at £3.50 per hour.

CSD Activity Camps Limited recognises that childcare can be costly, so we encourage eligible parents or carers to claim the childcare element of the Working Tax Credit. We are also registered to accept Sodexho, Busy bees and Eden red childcare vouchers. We are happy to register any other providers.

  • Fees are payable in advance either weekly or in full
  • Fees can be paid by cheque, electronic transfer, cash or standing Order (sort code: 60.06.11, Account No: 29196752)
  • There is a charge of £5 per 15 minutes after the collection time stated for the child, late collection will be added to the next invoice
  • Fees are charged for booked sessions whether the child attends or not
  • We offer a 20% early bird discount, the cut-off date for which is advertised clearly before each camp.
  • The customer will always be offered the best deal at the time for fees paid
  • Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with each other. If you have multiple discount codes, the best rate will be offered to you.

Booking Changes

  • If you give us 3 or more days’ notice you will be able to change your dates for the same camp or club, subject to availability, free of charge.
  • If you give us less than 3 days’ notice we will try to change your dates within the same camp or club, subject to availability, on payment of a £5 amendment fee.
  • We are not able to make amendments with less than 24 hours’ notice.
  • If you purchased a discounted weekly price and want to split up the days then your booking will be recalculated using the standard daily rate and may result in extra charges.

Cancellation of Booking

  • If you give us at least 3 days’ notice before the date(s) you would like to cancel, we will refund all monies paid.
  • If you wish to cancel days within a discounted week price we will recalculate your booking at the daily rate and may result in extra charges.
  • If you give us less than 24 hours notice before the dates you would like to cancel no refund is available.

Venue Cancellation

  • In exceptional circumstances, we may have to cancel particular dates, if this happens we will try to give those booked at least 14 days’ notice and will offer a suitable alternative if one is available, or refund all monies paid for the dates cancelled, if preferred.

Adverse Weather Conditions

  • If we are unable to run the camp due to adverse weather conditions we will offer a credit or a full refund.
  • We will advise customers of any closure as soon as possible and by all means available.
  • If customers are unable to attend during bad weather but the camp is open no refund will be available.
  • Amber or Red weather warnings by the Met Office will be used to determine adverse weather conditions.
  • Parents are responsible for ensuring children have the appropriate clothing and sun protection.

Review of fees

Fees are reviewed annually by the registered person. CSD Activity Camps Limited will consider requests for variation to payment terms on an individual basis. Anyone making these requests should contact the manager at the earliest opportunity. Any queries regarding fees should be directed to the manager.

Non-payment of fees

If fees are not paid, CSD Activity Camps Limited will contact the parent or carer by phone or writing, requesting payment. If the parents or carers are having difficulty making the payment on time we recommend that they arrange a meeting with the manager as soon as possible to come to an arrangement.

Where there is no explanation for repeated late payment, the manager will contact the parents or carers to discuss payment options. The manager may issue a formal warning to the parent or carer informing them that continued late payment will result in their child’s place at CSD Activity Camps Limited being cancelled.

If the fees remain unpaid after all the above options have been explored, CSD Activity Camps Limited retain the right to take legal action. 

Personal Property:

All of your child’s personal property is your own responsibility, unless loss or damage is proven to be due to CSD Activity Camps Limited leader’s negligence. If anything is missing when your child leaves, please let CSD Activity Camps know about it immediately and state the name of the Head Coach/Group Leader that ran the session. Expensive and treasured items such as jewellery, friendship bands, mobile phones, designer clothes/shoes/trainers etc should not be brought to CSD Activity Camps Limited Camps as they are often unnecessary and inappropriate on activity camps. During all activities, jewellery and other similar items may not be worn; the child will not be permitted to take part unless those items are removed. Users will make use of these facilities at their own risk. It is recommended that all items brought to CSD Activity Camps Limited Camps are clearly marked with the child’s name.

Meals and snacks:

No foodor drink is included in the CSD Activity Camps Limited Camp cost, children are expected to bring packed lunches and water based drinks as there may be no opportunities to purchase food.  Children who attend between 8am and 9am will be offered breakfast and between 4pm and 5.30pm will be offered a small snack.


We reserve the right to exclude or refuse any child at any time, prior to and during the camp if, in our opinion, that child is incompatible with the general well-being of the CSD Activity Camps Limited Camp e.g. bullying, disruptive or aggressive behaviour. Any additional costs incurred such as transportation home, will be at the parents expense, and no refund will be made. Children who have fallen ill prior to a CSD Activity Camps Limited Camp should not be brought or attend so that infection is restricted. CSD Activity Camps Limited reserves the right to exclude any child for this reason.

Programme changes:

The timetables for certain activities are subject to alteration in the event of wet weather conditions or other factors which are beyond our control. The Head Coach/Group Leader may choose to alter a programme due to the ability or energy levels of a group. We reserve the right to cancel a booking due to low numbers; we will offer an alternative or refund any payment.


All children in our care are covered by our Public Liability Insurance therefore we accept responsibility for personal injury and for loss and damage generally, but only if caused by the proven negligence of CSD Activity Camps Limited or its volunteers. We do not accept responsibility for events which are outside of our direct control. These include (but not exclusively) events such as strikes, bad weather, disasters, war, acts of terrorism, quarantine or sickness etc.

First Aid:

In the event of an accident, first aid will be administered to children in our care, and emergency services will be called if necessary, unless advised to the contrary. Essential medication must be handed to each Childs Coach/Group Leader for safe-keeping along with written instructions for any special situations. An appropriate factor sunscreen is recommended for all children during warm weather. It is advised that each child brings a water based drink in a clearly named drinks bottle as they will be involved in physical activity.


In the unlikely event that a child experiences a problem or difficulty while at an CSD Activity Camps Limited Camps, the matter should be reported immediately to the camp Manager who has the authority and direct knowledge to deal with most queries and/or if he or she fails to resolve that difficulty to your satisfaction then write to CSD Activity Camps Limited within a reasonable amount of time of your child leaving camp. We may compensate, but only if both of these conditions are met.


Please be aware that CSD Activity Camps Limited Leaders may take photographs and use in brochures, advertising material and resources. Please inform CSD Activity Camps at the time of booking if you have any objections.

Data Protection:

We will use your details to mail and/or email you with future information about our services and products; you may opt out of our mailing list when booking, or afterwards at any stage.

Parent & Child Feedback:

CSD Activity Camps Limited endeavours to provide the best possible service to our customers at all times. Please tell others if you are happy with your experiences; if you have concerns or suggestions, please tell us. We value your feedback and will use it to inform any future decisions in order to develop and improve our services. Concerns should be raised initially with your child’s Head Coach/Group Leader or with CSD Activity Camps Limited Safeguarding Officer for more serious issues.

Data Protection Act

We comply with the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998, regarding obtaining, storing and using personal data.

We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
